Chanpon Maruyama
Founded in 1948 (Showa 23), known as the originator of Yawatahama chanpon. A small restaurant with only 5 tables, but recognized by locals as 'the original Yawatahama chanpon.' Features a golden broth made from chicken, katsuobushi and kombu dashi seasoned with soy sauce—a completely different style from Nagasaki's rich pork-bone soup.
