These noodles, with an extremely high water content, have a uniquely chewy texture that simply cannot be found elsewhere. Selected as Ramen Osaka Top 100 in 2024 and 2025. All three broths - soy sauce, salt, and miso - perfectly complement the outstanding noodles.
