Unagi no Asahiya
A long-established eel restaurant founded in 1960. For over 65 years, it has sat right in front of Kobodaishi (Ensho-in temple), beloved by local Chiryu residents. Live eels from Mikawa Isshiki are carefully grilled over charcoal, producing eel with 'crispy skin and fluffy flesh.'
