Tarai Udon Niimiya
Founded in 1965. The authentic pioneer of Tokushima's tarai udon (noodles in a wooden basin), eaten beside the babbling Miyagauchi River. Handmade thick noodles with egg kneaded in, served with a secret broth made from over a dozen ingredients including dried sardines, kelp, and bonito. Also famous for fried river crabs. An authentic taste of Tokushima in a scenic mountain valley setting.
