Yatai Yasube (Open-Air Stall Gyoza)
Founded in 1970, this is Kochi's legendary open-air stall gyoza restaurant. Made with Kochi-grown ginger and chives, each dumpling is wrapped to order and grilled crispy in an iron pan. Queues form every night; selected for Tabelog Gyoza Top 100 2024.
Visitors from outside the prefecture come just for these gyoza. The crispy skin, savory filling, and aroma wafting from the iron pan are irresistible. Popular for late-night dining after drinks.
