Ramen Ichifuku
Ramen Ichifuku has served miso ramen in a residential corner of Shibuya's Honcho district (near Hatsudai) since 1990. The proprietress, once an ordinary housewife with no culinary background, self-taught herself to create a gentle broth blending pork-based stock with four types of Shinshu miso and barley miso, earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand award for several consecutive years. Open only Wed/Thu/Sat/Sun at lunchtime, it remains a beloved neighborhood institution after more than 30 years.
