Soba-dokoro Kiwami
Opened May 2022. Specializes in 100% soba made from 'Kaori Soba', a rare heritage buckwheat variety from Daisen. Stone-ground at low temperature, the noodles are highly fragrant. Salt soba with Seto Inland Sea salt algae is a specialty. Located along Route 9 at the foot of Mt. Daisen; parking lot fills up by noon.
