Kokuya
A legendary Musashino udon shop founded in the late Edo period, now run by its 6th-generation owner. Located 5 minutes from Hanno Station in a traditional farmhouse over 90 years old. The signature dish is thick, chewy handmade udon paired with a rich broth made from bonito and mackerel flakes with pork belly. Featured on TV show 'Sekkaku Gourmet' in May 2024. Lines form even on weekdays.
