炭火でじっくりと焼き上げるうなぎを白飯・だし・薬味と三通りに楽しめるそのスタイルで、4,400円という価格は「名古屋だからこそ実現する」と常連たちが口を揃える。
Even on weekday lunchtimes, numbered tickets are distributed from 10 in the morning, and waits of over an hour — with lines of 30 to 50 people — are simply part of the experience.
