Established in 1968, this legendary yatai (food stall) in Fukuoka's Tenjin district is the birthplace of yakiramen — a dish made by stir-frying ramen noodles in tonkotsu broth.
The shop has been carried on by the same family for over 56 years, with the second generation now upholding the tradition.
