Kurobee Gyoza
Founded in 1955 by Kuroki Kiyoshi, who learned gyoza-making from a repatriate from Manchuria, this is Nobeoka's original gyoza specialty shop. Said to have had 'a tremendous influence on Miyazaki's gyoza culture'—apprentices and family members went on to open shops across the prefecture. Selected as one of Tabelog's 'Top 100 Gyoza Restaurants 2024'; saved by 8,386 people (among the highest in Nobeoka). Handmade gyoza with chewy skin and juicy filling, now maintained by the third generation. Counter-only space (15 seats); reservations accepted. PayPay accepted. About 1 km from Nobeoka Station.
