Yomogi Udon
The only mugwort udon specialty restaurant in Chikuho. The owner trained in Sanuki and makes hand-made noodles with Sanuki flour mixed with domestic mugwort. Beef tendon is simmered for 2 days in a secret sauce. Featured on TV Nishi-Nihon 'Momochi Hama Store'. Tabelog 3.44 (top local rating). Listed by Kama Tourism Association and Chamber of Commerce. 24 seats. Closes when noodles run out.
