Teuchi Udon Hariya
A renowned Sanuki udon restaurant in a standalone house in Kosa, Takamatsu. Only 14 counter seats, so lines are inevitable at lunchtime. The signature kashiwa-ten zaru udon, pairing handmade noodles with a rich kelp dashi dipping broth, is exceptional. Photography is prohibited to maintain the serene craftsman atmosphere. Selected as a Udon KAGAWA Best 100 restaurant for 2024.
