Oozeki Chuka Soba
A popular ramen shop opened in 2012 near Ebisu Shrine. Known for its double soup made from three types of dried sardines, with no chemical seasonings. Only 7 counter seats, but lines form at lunchtime. Long loved by local office workers and women.
Reviews praise the unique niboshi (dried sardine) flavor as one-of-a-kind. 'The taste that keeps me coming back.' Many regulars say the lunchtime queue is worth the wait.
