Debuting in September 2022 as a six-seat counter-only shop in Kameido, Fuji-saki climbed to the top of Koto-ku's ramen scene with startling speed.
2022年9月、亀戸にわずかカウンター6席の極小店舗として開業しながら、食べログ百名店2024・2025選出、TRYラーメン大賞新店部門で4部門を制覇という快挙を成し遂げた急成長の実力店だ。
Trained at acclaimed establishments including Tomonomoto in Chiba and the Maru-H group, the chef serves house-made noodles in a scratch-built broth free of chemical seasoning — all for around 1,000 yen — while earning four category wins at the TRY Ramen Award for new shops and consecutive Tabelog Top 100 recognition in 2024 and 2025.
千葉「とものもと」・丸Hグループで腕を磨いた職人が化学調味料不使用・自家製麺・自家製スープにこだわった一杯を1,000円前後で提供し、6席のカウンターには常に行列が続く。
