All approximately 150 varieties of dim sum are handmade, with the dough for each carefully controlled from flour blend ratio to kneading temperature. Selected as Tabelog Chinese Cuisine Top 100 2026. Worth waiting an hour — a must-queue institution. Located in a residential area, frequented by everyday locals.
