Gujo Sumibiyaki Unagi no Uotora
Founded in 1931, a legendary eel restaurant representing Gujo Hachiman. Traditional flavor using tare (sauce) continuously added to for 94 years, eel processed with Gujo's pure water, and charcoal-grilled with binchotan. Famous '7th day service': hitsumabushi at special price (2,640 yen) on the 7th, 17th, and 27th of every month.
