Fukuju Hanten
A soul food institution of Iki Island, founded in 1968. Said to be known by every islander. The Special Sara Udon, ordered by about 60% of customers, features soft noodles with a thick, silky sauce. So locally recognized it appears in Mitsukoshi Isetan's furusato nozei program. Reasonable prices from 500 to 1,750 yen.
