Owner Motomura, from a five-generation mozuku fishing family, returned to Miyakojima after training in Okinawa and Tokyo. Handmade noodles incorporate mozuku from Oura Bay, giving a unique slippery yet firm texture. Free refills on mozuku. Located on Matida Street in the city center. Takeout available.
