A small eel specialty restaurant in Muro-Suijin-cho, Toyohashi, run by a husband and wife duo. Selected as a Michelin Guide Aichi 2019 Bib Gourmand. Uses Mikawa-region eel, slowly grilled over charcoal in the Kansai style. Crisp skin, fluffy flesh. The secret sauce is subtly sweet and fragrant.
