Shintoku Soba no Yakata Restaurant Genjo
A directly operated restaurant by 'Shintoku Soba Honpo', established in 1974. The restaurant freshly grinds buckwheat grown in their own farm (Shintoku Bussan Sahoro Farm) using stone mills, and serves soba using the 'three-freshness' method (freshly ground, freshly made, freshly boiled). Located along Route 38 just before Sahoro Resort, it attracts soba enthusiasts from throughout Hokkaido and beyond. Soba-making experience hall is attached. Open year-round with continuous hours.
