Nadai Chuka Soba Tokoname Chashu
A long-established restaurant founded in 1962. The specialty 'Chashu Ramen' features two pieces of extra-thick chashu pork weighing 120-130g each. Known as the successor to the famous Nagoya restaurant 'Hyakuzen.' The dark soy sauce-based broth has a superb balance of sweetness and richness. The chashu is so large that takeout bags are provided - this itself is famous. 7 min walk from Enokido Station.
Many regular customer comments like 'the chashu is the star, the ramen is the supporting role' and 'quality remains unchanged even after a long absence.' Yahoo Maps 3.90 (114 reviews), Tabelog 3.54 (397 reviews). Stable track record since 1962. Listed on Tokoname City tourism site. Instagram September 2025 post confirms ongoing operation.
