A flagship patisserie opened in 2004 by Chef Hideo Yokota, former head pastry chef at Park Hyatt Tokyo. He is a recipient of the Ministry of Health's 'Contemporary Master Craftsperson' award and winner of numerous domestic and international competitions. Selected for Tabelog's 'Sweets EAST Top 100' for six consecutive years (2018–2023). After being featured on the TV program 'Matsuko's Unknown World,' the shop had to institute admission limits due to overwhelming demand.
