A small but legendary Sichuan restaurant on Hong Kong Road in Yokohama Chinatown. Famous for knife-cut noodles shaved right before your eyes, paired with mala, dandan, or hot & sour soup. Despite constant queues, bowls are just 700-900 yen. Said to be frequented by Chinatown chefs themselves.
