A 20-year institution for tebichi (pork trotters) soba. The signature dish: 8-hour-braised pork trotters so tender they fall apart with chopsticks — three pieces per bowl. Owner Keiko Naminami (Yoshiko) runs the kitchen. Busy with local regulars on weekdays.
