Taiyaki Hiiragi
A natural-ingredient taiyaki shop 2 min from Ebisu Station's east exit. Each piece is baked over 30 minutes with handmade coarse bean paste using Hokkaido azuki. Crispy outside, moist inside — a perfect texture. Can sell 1,000+ pieces per day. Selected as Top 100 Wagashi shops repeatedly. Takeout only.
Ebisu locals rave: 'This quality for ¥230 might be the best in Tokyo,' 'I come every week.' The freshly-baked version is said to be something else entirely.
