Shina Soba Daiki
A ramen institution founded in 1976, the most beloved non-udon restaurant in Fujiyoshida. The hand-pulled noodles the owner makes daily, paired with soy-pork bone broth, draw lunchtime queues. Negi soba, nira soba, and fried rice are the signature dishes. Featured in the official Fujiyoshida Tourism Guide. Affordable at around 700 yen.
Many say 'If you want something other than udon in Fujiyoshida, go here.' Google rating 4.3, Yahoo Maps 3.87. The fried rice's umami and garlic fragrance are said to be addictive. A Showa-era atmosphere, deeply rooted in the local community. Multiple TV appearances.
