The star is a pork-fish broth combining soy sauce from Futsuru City's long-established Miya Shoyu and mackerel/sardine stocks from Tateyama's traditional dried food shop Yoshida Shoten. Committed to Chiba-grown ingredients. Ramen Walker Grand Prix Bronze 2024 and 2025. Featured on TV show 'Aiba Manabu.' Moved to current location June 2024. 2nd location opened near Tateyama Station in April 2025 (limited 1-year, different concept 'Tonkotsu Kuroshio').
