Sichuan Cuisine Hideto
Opened in April 2021, 2 minutes walk from Itoigawa Station. Run by chef Hideto Watanabe, who spent years as head chef at a famous Chinese restaurant in Tokyo before returning to his hometown. Lines have formed ever since opening day. Mapo Tofu using locally-made 'Tokka Tofu' is exceptional. Yahoo Maps rating 4.28.
