Features creamy garlic-free tonkotsu ramen with a clean finish, appealing to all ages. The gelatin cold noodles were featured on TV Tokyo's 'Karisome Tengoku.' Only 12 seats but attracts visitors from across Japan.
Many call it 'the place for white tonkotsu in Osaka.' Its mild, everyday-worthy flavor is why fans keep returning. The seasonal jelly cold noodles went viral on social media. As of January 2025, a queue of 7 outside was confirmed. Some fans say they'd 'pay the travel fare just to eat here.'
