Founded in 1970, a long-established eel specialty restaurant in Tsuchiura's Nagakuni district. Trusted by locals as 'the place for eel in Tsuchiura.' Only domestic eel purchased directly from a trusted Shizuoka aquaculture farm is used, finished with a secret sauce maintained and replenished since opening. The fluffy, fragrant una-ju is exquisite. Fully booked at lunch — reservations strongly recommended. Three grades of una-ju available, all using a full eel.
