Fake reviews removedA hidden soba restaurant in a bamboo-surrounded old house. Michelin Bib Gourmand 2018. Stone-ground 100% buckwheat soba (gluten-free) made from that day's fresh milling. All tableware is bamboo. Open only Thursday–Sunday (closes when sold out). Just two menu items: mori soba and niku soba.
Many repeat visitors say 'the soba is beautiful, highly aromatic and deeply flavorful' and also praise the quality of the soba broth. Hard to snag a visit, but worth the effort—a true hidden gem. Tabelog 3.40, 53 reviews.
