A long-established ramen shop in Shiroishi City, Miyagi. Founded in 1923 (Taisho 12), with over 100 years of history. The broth is made from chicken bone stock infused with chicken oil, using specially sourced soy sauce from a local brewery in Shiroishi. Features classic thin straight noodles in a gentle soy broth. Local regulars have kept coming back for over 100 years, making it an iconic restaurant of southern Miyagi. Branches exist in Sendai and Zao, but the Shiroishi location is the founding store. Counter 5 seats, tables 20 seats. Cash only.
