A seafood and sushi landmark in Arahama, the birthplace of harako-meshi, founded in 1993. Selected for Tabelog's 'Japanese Cuisine EAST Top 100 Restaurants 2023.' For the autumn specialty harako-meshi (salted salmon and salmon roe rice), only premium male autumn salmon is used, and the salmon roe undergoes a careful 'polishing' process to remove the thin membrane.
