A tendon (tempura rice bowl) specialty restaurant opened by an owner who trained for over 10 years at a Kanto-style tempura restaurant. Uses Chiba soy sauce and a white sesame oil/salad oil blend for a Kanto-style sauce finely adjusted for Kyushu palates. The 'jumbo tendon' that virtually all customers order is overwhelming in volume - rice is completely buried. Counter-only 18 seats. Takeout available.
