Chuka Soba Azami Oiwa Main Branch
Opened December 2023. A Chinese noodle specialty shop in the gate town of Oiwasan Nisseikji Temple. Teppei Takikawa, the 6th-generation owner of ryokan 'Dangoya,' developed the unique handmade flat noodles using techniques from fresh somen noodle-making. Regular size features 300g of noodles with generous broth. The Niku Chuka is piled with so much chashu it covers the noodles. Quickly established as the new winter attraction of Oiwa.
