Founded in the Taisho era (1912), this legendary Amagasaki restaurant is known as Japan's oldest surviving Chinese noodle shop. Its signature soy-sauce tare, matured through over 110 years of continuous replenishment, and handmade noodles kneaded by foot—a craft passed down for four generations—are its pride. The originator of Amagasaki's local specialty 'Ankake Chanpon,' with the vegetable-packed ankake version priced at ¥1,140.
