The in-house noodles made from 100% domestic wheat have an authentic sanuki-style transparency and chewiness. The dipping broth is rich with pork belly, green onions and fried tofu. Selected for Tabelog Udon WEST 100 Best Shops 2024. Closes when noodles sell out — a serious shop.
