An Asahikawa-style ramen gem, 3 min walk from Asabu Station. Uses Tibetan sea rock salt and homemade, additive-free chashu, bamboo shoots, and lard. Legendary story: a food company once gave up trying to recreate the taste for instant noodles, calling it impossible. Run by female staff only, the small shop is spotlessly clean. Selected for Tabelog 100 Best in 2024 and 2025.
