The owner, Mr. Minato, trained at hotels and restaurants across Akita before opening around age 30. The signature hashed omelette rice, made with a demi-glace sauce that has been continuously replenished since opening, is the restaurant's calling card. Known locally as 'Noshiro's honest restaurant,' it has many repeat customers who have been coming for 30 years. Lunch starts from 880-890 yen.
