A genuine handmade udon restaurant in the Tonosho Honmachi area of Shodoshima. Full service where noodles are finished by hand after ordering, with a glass-walled noodle-making room on display. Known for a unique 'sticky and chewy' udon texture loved by locals. Kakiage-oroshi udon — a large tempura with onion and pumpkin — is the signature dish.
