Kagoshima Ramen Sannanbo
A serious shop committed to making everything from scratch—noodles, soup, chashu, condiments, pickles, and even the rice. Founded in 2013. Achieved 5th place in its first entry at the 2018 Kagoshima Ramen Championship. Homemade noodles using Fukuoka whole-wheat flour have a distinctive chewy texture. Lunch only, closes when noodles sell out.
85% recommendation rate on Retty. Called 'the ramen that represents Osumi Peninsula.' The artisan's commitment to making everything from scratch draws loyal regulars. Weekend lines are common. The tender chashu and unique soup base are highly praised.
