A 50-year-old institution tucked in the mountains of Motobu's Izumi area. Famous for springy, tender spare ribs in a light bonito and pork broth. Traditional folk-house interior with 36 seats. Menu: only Soki Soba or Sanmai-niku Soba. Can sell out as early as 2 PM. Quietest right at opening on weekdays.
