Opened November 2016. A Satoyama-style Sanuki udon shop run by the Inamoku farming family who also operate wood sales and farm stays. Warm atmosphere with handmade wooden tables and chairs. Housemade udon prepared with pure mountain water earns the label 'THE Sanuki Udon' for its bounce and smooth texture. Starting from 400 yen, the value has been praised as 'impossible quality for this price.' Featured on TV Asahi's 'Jinsei no Rakuen.'
