Ichizaemon
A dining restaurant very popular with locals, located right next to Shika Town Hall, serving dishes made with abundant local ingredients. It is busy with customers at both lunch and dinner, offering a rich menu of dishes using Noto seafood, agricultural products, and livestock. It is a certified restaurant for the Nishino Noto Omotenashi Bowl, with bowls made with Noto beef, local fish, and local vegetables as the signature menu. Still supported by locals after the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake.
Introduced by Noto Renaissance (a Noto revival media outlet) as highly praised for both lunch and dining. Known as the most popular dining spot in Shika Town, visited by locals at both lunch and dinner. Menus using local Noto ingredients are supported by local repeat customers.
