Matsusaka Beef Noodles Suita
9-minute walk from Osaka Monorail Yamada Station. Formerly known as 'Dairyuken,' this unique Suita ramen shop centers on Matsusaka beef. Beef and mizuna greens are placed in a large white bowl, then hot bonito-kombu dashi is poured tableside – an experience you can only get here. Whole wheat noodles add to the uniqueness. Currently the only location.
