A Musashino udon specialist opened in 2011, tucked into a residential building a 10-minute walk from Bushi Station. The handmade noodles—blended from two types of local flour—are fragrant and chewy, and the freshly fried tempura is outstanding. Selected as Tabelog Udon EAST 100 Best three times (2020, 2022, 2024). Only 14 seats; queues are inevitable at lunch.
