WHY IT'S A MESHI MAP PICK
Locals keep coming back. That is the real proof.
地元の人が、通い続ける。それが何よりの証明。
A pioneer of rich Kansai tonkotsu ramen, born in Nara in 1998 and brought to Osaka in 2005.
The ultra-rich broth — made from pork bone and water alone, with no lard — carries a surprising sweetness that belies its density, and the consensus is clear: a bowl around 1,000 yen at this quality is a genuine bargain.

3 minutes from Daikoku-cho Station. Selected for Tabelog Ramen Osaka Top 100 2025. Ultra-thick tonkotsu ramen specialist, originally from Nara (1998), opened in Osaka in 2005. Soup uses only 300kg/day of domestic pork bones and water - no lard. Despite its white, ultra-thick appearance, it has a surprisingly sweet and non-greasy taste. Lines form before opening; attracts ramen enthusiasts nationwide.

Regulars note it's lighter than it looks, with a surprising sweetness that keeps you spooning up the soup. Lines of 30+ before opening are not unusual. A Osaka ramen pilgrimage destination.
