Opened in 2017 in a residential area near Inokashira Park. Owner Enomoto trained for 8 years at the 'Jiraisougen Group' before going independent. Signature soy sauce and salt ramen feature a golden-ratio triple soup of chicken, pork, and seafood. Won 1st place in the TRY soy sauce category.
