The broth is carefully crafted from about 20 selected ingredients without MSG, paired with super-high-hydration house-made noodles. The only Akita restaurant featured in TRY Ramen Award National Edition 2025. A rare morning ramen spot (from 8 AM). From April 2026, a night brand 'Yoruao' also launched. Tabelog 3.50/126 reviews.
